MORENO VALLEY>> As high school students and parents are well aware, the last week before Winter Break can be stressful for students because of final exams.
To counter the stress, Canyon Springs High School thought out of the box and arranged for six therapy dogs to be on campus during lunch.
Students were invited to come to the library and spend some time with the canines. By the time lunch was over, about 60 students had taken advantage of the opportunity.
“The event was a huge success, with lots of smiles,” said Canyon Springs High School Principal Tamara Kerr.
