During the early hours of Monday, Sept. 2, Colton police officers responded to a silent burglary alarm at the 4D College at 1020 E. Washington St. in Colton.
Around 3:30 a.m., officers located a broken window on the ground floor as they checked the perimeter of the building. Officers located the suspect, 18-year-old Grand Terrace resident Juan Garcia Villalon, inside the building. Villalon attempted to flee but was ultimately taken into custody.
Property belonging to the business was found stacked near the point of entry.
Villalon was booked at the San Bernardino County Jail.
