Open auditions for LifeHouse Theater’s drama “The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe,” directed by Brady Greer Huffman, will be Thursday, March 10, from 6 to 9 p.m. at LifeHouse Theater, 1135 N. Church Street, Redlands.
Auditioners should come prepared to deliver a one-minute dramatic monologue that displays their vocal acting and physical strengths, and should also be prepared to learn some movement if requested. Auditioners will be heard on a first come-first served basis. All are welcome and roles are open for men and women. Men are especially encouraged to audition. Those auditioning should bring a theatrical resume and a recent photo to leave with the audition panel. Those without a photo may have a picture taken at the auditions for a $2 fee.
“The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe” opens Saturday, May 14, at 7:30 p.m. and will continue on weekends through June 12. Performances are Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays at 2:15 p.m. (except Opening Night) and 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2:15 p.m. In addition to the weekend performances, there will be special weekday performance at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2016.
Audiences will follow the escapades of four brave children as they join forces with the mighty lion Aslan to free the land of Narnia from the clutches of the White Witch. Award-winning playwright Joseph Robinette faithfully recreates the wonderful world of C.S. Lewis’ Narnia in this entertaining dramatic adventure for the whole family.

Lucy – Precocious youngest sibling of the Pevensie family (7-10 yrs old.)
Edmund – Petulant, spiteful younger of the two brothers (9-12 yrs old)

Peter – a natural leader, and the eldest of the Pevensie siblings. (12-14 yrs old)
