On the second to last Sunday of June, The Unforgettables Foundation 501 ©(3) based in Redlands, presented the 5th Annual Dr. Sid’s Kids Charity Golf Tournament at Tukwet Canyon Golf Course in Beaumont (which is operated by Morongo). Dr Sam Torres, MD an anesthesiologist like his brother, Dr. Sid Torres (who is remembered and memorialized at this event for his care of children across the Inland Empire and service on The Unforgettables Board) was present to welcome the 124 players. Sam is semi-retired from Loma Linda University Medical Center.

TUF CEO and Founder, Tim Evans, MDiv, CFRE comments “we sure appreciate Sam and all of our sponsors, players and volunteers who spent a lovely afternoon playing golf on a wonderful course owned by our generous friends at Morongo in the Banning Pass, for coming out to remember our dear friend Sid!”  The Unforgettables raises money for burial expenses for children when parents are struggling with costs, across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties
