Thirteen Schools Join the 97 Percent Club for September

Ninety-seven percent of anything is a lot, but when it's how many students on average are attending school each day, it's also pretty significant from a teaching-and-learning standpoint. The MVUSD School Board congratulated principals of 13 schools whose average attendance in September was at least 97 percent. North Ridge Magnet Elementary was at the top of the list with 97.92 percent. The rest of September's 97 Percent Club are Valley View High, La Jolla Elementary, TownGate Elementary, Landmark Middle, Vista Heights Middle, Cloverdale Elementary, Mountain View Middle, Moreno Elementary, Ridge Crest Elementary, Chaparral Hills Elementary, Sugar Hill Elementary and Edgemont Elementary.
