The City of Moreno Valley’s day-long July 4th celebration begins with a hometown parade.
Members of our community, businesses, churches, non-profit organizations, athletic groups and other organizations are encouraged to join the fun as a parade entrant.
This highly anticipated event begins at 9:30 a.m. More than 3,000 residents and visitors line the streets and enjoy seeing the variety of community groups come together as a showcase the event. The parade theme this year is "Sights and Sounds of Liberty” with the parade route beginning at the intersection of Frederick Street and Alessandro Boulevard, then north on Frederick Street to TownGate Boulevard.
The deadline to register is Thursday, June 11. No parade entry applications will be accepted after that date.
Entry applications are currently available at the Moreno Valley Conference & Recreation Center located at 14075 Frederick Street, or online at www.moval.org.
