Join the Full Plate Diet starting the last week in July. The Full Plate Diet is more than a weight management program, but a lifestyle change. The program motivates and instructs participants to eat more fiber; that helps to control appetite, blood glucose, and cholesterol and prevent diseases related to them. We also talk about emotional eating, portion control, and have food demonstrations and a supermarket visit. This is not really a diet, but a new eating lifestyle. Eight sessions on nutritious food, exercise, emotional eating, healthy lifestyle and lots of fun. Morning and evening sessions are available. Separate sessions available in Spanish.
