Voice of the People Residents Are Speaking Out

The “Stop the WLC & Recall Them All Rally” on Aug. 20 was very successful. Thousands of Moreno Valley residents have lost confidence in our leaders to protect our environment and economics. Our city charter is being written by council persons we do not trust. Corruption is rampant. Our city’s General Plan has been changed using political corruption by a few who have been lining their pockets with taxpayer dollars. Development is a good thing, but NOT this. If the WLC was good for our community, it wouldn’t have been shoved down our throats with lies, political corruption, or by using taxpayer dollars (instead of at the developer’s expense, which is the norm). Solution: Stop the WLC and recall them all. Let’s wipe the slate clean. Establish a citizens’ panel to write the Charter and elect only activists that have exposed this travesty.
