Districts Celebrate March Students of the Month

Outstanding students from Moreno Valley Unified School District and Valley View Unified high schools for March were honored recently at the monthly Students of the Month luncheon, sponsored by Moreno Valley Chamber of Commerce. The honorees are Marisol Morales (Bayside); Lorren Gumawid (CSHS); Karina Delgado (CHHS); Jimmy Esquivel (MMHS); Gilberto Medina (Middle College HS); Genesis Oseguera (MVHS); Danielle Garcia (RVHS); Cynthia Rubio Nuñez (Val Verde); Justin Jackson (VVHS); and Jaycie Bruno (VDLHS). While some school districts conduct similar recognitions, few partner with neighboring districts and the local Chamber of Commerce the way MVUSD and VVUSD do to jointly honor students as a community.
