2-1-1 Day celebrated over 500,000 calls answered over 9 years.
Feb. 11 marked National 2-1-1 Day and offered the chance to celebrate over 500,000 calls answered by 211 San Bernardino over the past 9 years.
United Way 211 staff gathered with representatives from 23 local organizations on 2/11 to share ideas and learn how to better meet the needs of callers.
Included were Catholic Charities, Mercy House, High Desert Homeless Services and many others.
