Established in 1945, Ashley Furniture is the largest manufacturer of home furnishings in the world. From design through fulfillment, Ashley is committed to delivering the world’s best home furnishing values, selection, service, and earning the loyalty and trust of its customers every day. Ashley has been a huge supporter of the Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House (IERMH) for over 15 years. The three story, 54 room Ronald McDonald House located in Loma Linda, Ca is beautifully adorned by the furnishings of Ashley, giving families and kids a comfortable “home away from home” setting. The IERMH provides a bridge to quality health care and gives children and families the time they need to heal and cope together. At little or no cost, the program allows families to remain steps away from their sick child, helping to ease the impact of medical care while offering services and spaces that create a sense of normalcy as well as supportive, encouraging, and comforting environment. This month Ashley made a generous donation to support operating expenses, in addition to donating new arm chairs, dining room tables and chairs, ottomans, lamps, cube storage, and floor rugs. The donation was presented to the Executive Director, Karen Hooper, and the IERMH staff on Friday, July 9th, 2021. “We are deeply grateful for the long-term support, partnership, and friendship with Ashley Furniture. Their contributions have allowed us to continue our vital mission of providing temporary residence for families of seriously ill or injured children receiving medical treatment. We couldn’t be more thankful and grateful to have this partnership with an organziation that aligns with our mission, of ‘keeping families close’, said Karen Hooper.   Ashley is committed to enriching the lives of those around us, by supporting communities and providing opportunities to bring them together.  “The IERMH is a tremendous resource for children and families and Ashley is honored to have partnered with them now for over 15 years,” said Kurt Haines, President.  The IERMH staff, along with the Board of Trustees,  and the children and families we serve, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation for Ashley’s continued support.
