Moreno Valley Unified School District in Riverside California announces that it will be serving healthy meals to students under the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs for the 2023 - 2024 school year. All K-12 students will be served a healthy lunch and breakfast at no charge under the California Universal Meals Program. While the program will offer free Universal Meals for all TK–12 students, households are encouraged to complete the annual student update with the Local Control Funding application, which will support the school district’s local education funding and could also qualify the family for additional benefits. Regardless of your determined eligibility status, your child will continue to receive free meals for the 2024 school year.
