The event was collaboration between the NOS - National Orange Foundation and KFROG, one of the major sponsors of the event.
A portion of the events went to numerous charities including, the Orange Show Foundation, Santa Claus, Inc., LLUCH, Best Buddies and numerous others.
“We heard about the event on KFROG and we live here in Colton it was close, so we thought we would give it a whirl,” said Paul Hamilton of Colton. “I’ve been to all the breweries, but I really like the Mission brewery.”
Corey Hamilton, of Colton, who usually likes cider drinks, said he was surprised because he found a lot of tasty beers that he liked.
Throughout the day live music performed on the KFROG stage. The first band to take the stage was a local alternative band named Physco Punx, and country band Front Porch Radio, classical hit band Southbound and the final entertainment of the day was EMI Nashville recording artist Kelleigh Bannen.
Over 25 different local breweries participated, “There’s been a lot of people it’s going really good. Kenny, Ontario,” said a bartender from The Restaurant Brewery.
Jay Griffith, of Dale Brothers Brewery in Ontario served a amber lager and Red ale. “The amber lager seems to be the favorite. It’s our flagship beer, it’s the one that keeps us going.”
“I think this is a really fun event, everyone seems to be enjoying themselves," said volunteer Russell Hilbig.
