Dear Moreno Valley Residents,
This past weekend, vandals targeted a park near Nason and Eucalyptus streets, covering walls and rocks with graffiti.
Fortunately, our excellent graffiti abatement crews were quickly on the scene, removing the graffiti and cleaning up the park within hours. The park now looks as it should—brand new and inviting to Moreno Valley families.
Our graffiti abatement teams are among the finest in Southern California. Once alerted to an issue, they quickly clean up the graffiti often within 24 hours.
They’ve done a lot of great work this year. In fact, our crews have cleaned up over 6,000 instances of graffiti in 2023 so far, and over 11,000 graffiti locations were cleaned up throughout 2022.
It takes a community effort to keep Moreno Valley beautiful.
If you see any graffiti or issues such as potholes, illegal dumping, or other code violations, you can easily report them via the free Moreno Valley App.
While in the app, tap “Report an Issue” and indicate which issue you want to report. You can pinpoint the location on our map and even send us a picture.
You also have the option to stay completely anonymous.
The Moreno Valley App is available in the Apple Store and Google Play. Download it today!
And if you want to further contribute to maintaining the beauty of Moreno Valley, join us for our next Beautify MoVal Community Day of Service on Saturday, August 12, from 8 am to noon!
