Super Rx Pharmacies Offering Additional Tiers

Stater Bros. Super Rx Pharmacy expands its Generic Prescription Program to bring added value to its pharmacy customers by offering two additional tiers to its existing $4 program.  The program now includes $8 and $12 tiers, and the list of medications within all tiers now encompasses over 350 commonly prescribed generic medications.  The value added generic program will be available at all 22 Stater Bros. Super Rx Pharmacy locations, which are located in Stater Bros. Supermarkets throughout Southern California.  “Stater Bros. is especially pleased to help our customers save money on their prescription needs,” said Pete Van Helden, CEO of Stater Bros. Markets. “Our professional pharmacists are well trained and available to assist our customers with this low cost alternative.” Customers can easily transfer their existing prescriptions to a Super Rx Pharmacy by phone or in person. Other patient care services provided by Stater Bros. Super Rx Pharmacy include immunizations, health screenings, diabetes and asthma education, nutrition counseling, and medication therapy management.
