Back 2 Back Program Aims to Help Students Catch Up on Credits

The African American Coalition is promoting a Back 2 Back program to spread the word about credit recovery programs to local students. Students who have dropped out of school or are missing credits may join the program to engage in online schooling and blended classes. "We know that having the motivation and dedication of a faith based church will assist students to keep their commitment to finish their high school education," said Dr. Denise Fleming, vice president of the Moreno Valley Unified School District. Members of the Moreno Valley community are invited to learn more about the program by attending a faith-based organization on Jan. 18 or Jan. 19.
