San Bernardino Public Library cardholders will be able to enjoy new eBook & audiobook titles available at the library’s website thanks to a donation from the San Bernardino City Library Foundation covering the Overdrive annual subscription and new monthly content in 2014. Library card holders can borrow popular digital media anytime, by visiting http://sbpl.lib.overdrive.com. Users may browse the library’s website, borrow titles with a valid library card, and enjoy on all major computers and devices, including iPhone®, iPad®, Nook®, Android™ phones and tablets, and Kindle® eBooks can be read immediately on any device with an internet browser and all titles will automatically expire at the end of the lending period. There are no late fees! “We greatly appreciate the considerable generosity of our library foundation in renewing our Overdrive subscription and providing new content on a monthly basis to our library cardholders during these times of economic challenges for our city,” said SBPL Acting Library Director Ed Erjavek. “We’re very pleased to offer this service to our patrons.” Patrons can find helpful tools and information, such as contacting support, by clicking the Help button on the digital collection at http://sbpl.lib.overdrive.com. Further information is available at the library’s website at www.sbpl.org.
