SAN BERNARDINO >> Last week, Rep. Pete Aguilar (D-San Bernardino) hosted his Inland Empire Jobs Fair, the second jobs fair he has held since taking office last year. Aguilar hosted more than 60 different employers and employment service providers, which connected with more than 400 Inland Empire job seekers. “Local events like this are critical to connecting San Bernardino County residents with the resources they need to find good-paying jobs,” said Aguilar. “We had a great range of employers and service providers, from Uber to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department to SAC Health Systems to the San Bernardino County Workforce Development Board. I’m grateful to our local employers and organizations that made the jobs fair possible and I look forward to continuing events like this so we can work together as a community to get the Inland Empire economy moving again.”
