The Hampton Inn & Suites Colton/San Bernardino is No. 1. The hotel was ranked the No. 1 hotel of seven hotels in Colton, as their profile on Trip Advisor's website shows. With 105 total reviews placed on the Trip Advisor website, the hotel boasts a solid 4.5 star rating. The hotel is located in the heart of Colton, just between the bustling I-10 and I-215 freeways, and it's the outstanding customer service and care the hotel staff emphasizes that has helped it establish the No. 1 ranking, according to sales manager Lesley Stevens. "It's absolutely that feeling of being at home. We know all the guests by name and we have so many returning customers because of our great service," said Stevens. "The rooms are immaculately cleaned, and we go above and beyond to assure that every guest is satisfied." The care the hotel gives to its employees is also one of the tenets of care the Hampton Inn & Suites holds in high regard: an employee lunch is hosted every month and Stevens said there's a literal "whistle while you work attitude." In a recent review on Trip Advisor, user and Hampton Inn & Suites guest Celeste N., from Oakland, called the hotel her "home away from home." The hotel is "comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, [with] lots of choices for quick starts; amenities were great, [and there were] lots of quick snacks available for purchase. [I] will stay again when in the area," Celeste said in her review. Hampton Inn & Suites visitor and Trip Advisor user Michael M said in his review, "When I book at a Hampton Inn I expect it to closely resemble Hampton Inns across the United States. I expect a clean, safe, efficient, comfortable stay with good locations. I was not disappointed." One client, D. Galusha, is employed with Pacific Press Publishing out of Nampa, Idaho. Galusha sent in this review to the Hampton Inn & Suites: "We are affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Thus, whenever any of our employees travel to Loma Linda, we have found that your location is the best value for our money—and close to our destination. All have been very happy!" A. Scheurich is another guest who sent in this review of her stay to the hotel: "I had a fine stay at your hotel. I often choose Hampton Inn because I know the rooms will be clean, comfortable and welcoming. I especially appreciated the evening desk clerks' welcoming spirit upon my arrival ... I was doing business with Kaiser Hospital in Fontana and may be there again. If I travel back your way or send one of my colleagues, I will certainly recommend your hotel." Hampton Inn & Suites Colton/San Bernardino is complete with 84 guest rooms, suites and accessible rooms and is equipped with a number of amenities, including a snack shop and free beverage area located in the lobby, and included in every stay a free high-speed internet in every room, a free hot breakfast, gym/fitness center to use and a fresh, clean bed to sleep in. Hampton Inn is located at 250 N. Ninth St., Colton.
