A Night of Color, Cheers, and Community

It was a picture-perfect evening at Woody’s in Grand Terrace as paintbrushes met canvas, glasses clinked, and laughter echoed from wall to wall. Sponsored by the dedicated Lions Club of Grand Terrace, the Paint & Sip night brought together community members, colleagues, and club supporters for an unforgettable evening of creativity, connection, and charity.

Every seat in the room was filled as guests gathered to unwind, create, and enjoy one another’s company. Guided by a local art instructor, attendees were led step-by-step through a vibrant painting session. For many, it was their first time picking up a brush—but you wouldn’t know it from the masterpieces that emerged by evening’s end. As paint flowed, so did conversation and camaraderie, all fueled by favorite sips and the warm, welcoming atmosphere of Woody’s.

What made the night truly special wasn’t just the art or the wine—it was the sense of togetherness. Community members from all walks of life came together, side by side, united by a shared love for Grand Terrace and a desire to give back. The event was more than just fun—it was a celebration of local spirit and a fundraiser that directly supports the initiatives and outreach efforts of the Lions Club.

The Lions Club of Grand Terrace, known for its unwavering dedication to service and community-building, once again proved why it’s one of the city’s most respected and impactful organizations. From vision screenings and local support programs to memorable community events like this one, the club stands tall in everything it does.

Cheers to a successful evening filled with art, heart, and a whole lot of community pride. We can’t wait to see what the Lions of Grand Terrace have in store next. One brushstroke at a time, they continue to make our community brighter.
