You’re Invited to a Night of Purpose; Living Fearlessly

When author Kimberly Evinda Lepins published her first book, she never dreamed she would end up the CEO of CPM, dba Trench Classes United, an organization that helps people learn how to thrive in life and love. Having grown up in the foster-care system as a result of abuse and family dysfunction, her pain has become her passion and Trench Classes United has grown as a result of her overcoming her history.

Through four-week Trench Classes, students are taught healthy coping skills to replace the unhealthy ones often used as a way of merely surviving.  Unhealthy coping skills result in such behaviors as addiction, control issues, medication dependency, anxiety, and/or minor depression.

“You can’t disown what you haven’t owned,” said Lepins. “We teach people how to mend fences, get along, how to love the unlovable, including themselves by digging into their past toward a brighter future, because some history just isn’t worth repeating.

The theme of our FREE event, A Night of Purpose, will answer the “why” to living fearlessly, and inform the attendees of relational strengths and invite them to register for the upcoming class. How do you know if this interests you? It depends on your answers to these questions: Do you often feel anxious about what’s going on? When conflict happens, do you face everyone and rise, or flee everything and run? Would you like to live life more courageously?

If you answered yes to any of these, then please join us for an introduction to Living Fearlessly at our Night of Purpose on Thursday, September 7th. The FREE event will feature guest speakers Evinda Lepins and Steve Atkinson, as well as guest emcee and KSGN radio personality, Brandi Lanai.  Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the event will be from 7 to 9 p.m. The event will be located at the Joslyn Center, 21 Grant Street in Redlands.

The Trench Class, Living Fearlessly begins on Thursdays starting September 21st through October 12th from 6:45 p.m. to 8.45 p.m. This class will be located at 459 E. Highland Avenue, Redlands (at The River Fellowship Hall).
