Dear Moreno Valley Residents,

Moreno Valley is full of fun activities and events that will make this summer sizzle.

As temperatures heat up, we invite you to make a splash at our water features at Celebration Park and Bethune Park. These water features are perfect for families looking to beat the heat this summer.

Mark your calendars because the water features will officially welcome guests on Friday, May 26!

Our first big summer community event of the year will be our Juneteenth celebration on Saturday, June 17, at 1 p.m. Join us for good food, great performances, and a spirited celebration of freedom and community.

The MoVal Rocks/MoVal Movies summer series will also return this summer. There’s no better way to spend a beautiful Moreno Valley evening under the stars than watching family-friendly films and exciting bands at our Civic Center Amphitheater.

MoVal Rocks/MoVal Movies takes place every Thursday and Friday evening From June 29 to August 4.

We’ll celebrate Independence Day the MoVal way during our Fourth of July Parade & FunFest. This signature Moreno Valley event will feature an exciting parade down Frederick Street and our fantastic FunFest at the Civic Center Amphitheater.

For more information on exciting programs, classes, and events in Moreno Valley throughout the summer, check out our Soaring Activity Guide.

I wish you all a happy and safe summer season!
