Pet of the Week: Layla

Our Pet of the Week is Layla, a six-year-old, female black and brown German Shepherd mix.

Layla is as sweet as sugar and as gentle as the breeze. She is a bit on the shy side, but quickly warms up to you when you offer a smile, an open hand, or a yummy treat! She is very comfortable on a leash and enjoys playing catch with a tennis ball or a floppy stuffed animal. She loves to snuggle and will melt in your arms when you lightly scratch her head behind the ears or under the chin.

If you would like to make Layla or any pet from the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter part of your family, please contact the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter at 951.413.3790 or visit moval.org/pets.

The Moreno Valley Animal Shelter is located at 14041 Elsworth Street in Moreno Valley.
