As Mayor, I'm incredibly grateful to our first responders; the dedicated, hardworking people who keep our City a safe and beautiful place to live.

Our annual Public Safety Expo event is a great opportunity for our residents and their families to meet some of these dedicated public servants face-to-face and learn about what they do.

Join us at the Moreno Valley Civic Center on Saturday, May 18, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. along Calle San Juan de Los Lagos for this free and fun community event.

It's a Moreno Valley signature event that draws thousands of MoVal residents each year. There will be fun games, tasty food, and exciting demonstrations, so come with a healthy appetite and make sure to keep your cameras handy!

The Expo features hands-on exhibits, where you can explore the heavy-duty equipment our police and fire personnel use daily. And if you’re considering a first responder career, the Public Safety Expo is the perfect event to start exploring the opportunities.

Participants will also have the chance to get to know Moreno Valley’s finest and bravest police officers, firefighters, and military personnel and witness a spectacular display of policing techniques, fire suppression, rescue procedures, and so much more!

For more information, visit moval.org/pse. I look forward to seeing you all there on the 18th!
