Redlands’s own rock band The Stillwinter, was recently welcomed to the Brain Fuse Records family with the signing of a publicity deal. The California group is joining the Brain Fuse team, after having already released an LP, an EP, and several music videos independently that showcased their energetic pop punk sound. The Stillwinter has also established itself as a set of dynamic live performers, having played multiple shows at Disney’s House of Blues, Warped Tour 2013, and opening for popular acts such as Rufio, Eve 6, and Unwritten Law. Their music has also been featured on numerous radio stations including KCXX 103.9 FM (X1039). Brain Fuse Records has signed The Stillwinter under a publicity deal to further promote and propel the band’s music to the rest of the world. “Sometimes bands just stand out from the rest,” George Walsh, the Director of Business Development for the label said, “and this is one of those bands. We are happy to push their music and see how the media and public respond to it over the course of the contract. If everything goes well, then we may be back at the table again with an even more developed agreement being offered.” Brain Fuse Records LLC is a record label based in Williamsburg, Virginia and is home to a wide array of musical talent and genre-bending artists. Under the publicity contract with The Stillwinter, the label plans to push the band’s material through many different media both nationally and internationally and monitor the progress.
