Honglac Hathuc, RVHS Band Director, commented, “It is a great honor for our program here at RVHS to receive this award. We were chosen out of thousands of school music programs across the nation and were one of four California high schools picked for the award." He went on to say, "Our students are well rounded individuals, and that is what makes them special.” Rancho Verde High School Music Program a 175-member marching band, jazz band, color-guard, wind ensemble, drumline and guitar program.
