John W. North Varsity Boys Wrestling Team Scores Second Place in Riverside County Championships

The John W. North Varsity Boys' Wrestling team finished in second place at the 2023 Riverside County Championships.

North students, Bryan Romero and Thomas Tarascio were each crowned as individual champions, with Romero finishing with a score of 182 and Tarascio at 285.

"We are excited to see such a monumental shift in the culture, work ethic, and motivation of our Husky wrestlers these past five years," said Harlan Kistler, North wrestling coach.

Romero and Tarascio's County Championship marks North's first wrestling Riverside County Championship placement since 2016.
