New Year Message from Mayor Phill Dupper

By Phill Dupper
Mayor of Loma Linda
01/04/2023 at 06:00 PM

On behalf of the entire Loma Linda City Council, our City Manager, and exceptional city staff members, my family and I would like to wish everyone a safe, healthy and prosperous New Year!

Loma Linda has always been a vibrant and welcoming community, safely nestled against our beautiful south hills.

As we begin 2023, the city is focused on keeping our population safe, encouraging new residents and businesses that support our values to move here, protecting our history and natural open areas, and supporting our world-famous medical institutions.

To round it out, Loma Linda will continue revitalizing our infrastructure, adding art or visual enhancements to public spaces, and working with civic groups on projects like our community garden. Loma Linda is a great place to live and work, and getting better every year!
