Walter’s Automotive Group is giving residents the chance to win a luxury car and support Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital (LLUCH). Tickets are now on sale for the 3rd annual Walter’s Automotive Group Car Opportunity Drawing for $100. Only 1,000 tickets will be sold. “We are extremely grateful for the incredible support that Walter’s Automotive Group has provided to the Children’s Hospital,” said LLUCH administrator Zareh Sarrafian. “Their generosity enables us to deliver world-class healthcare to each patient that enters our doors.” General Manager of Walter’s Automotive Group Steve Kienle and his wife Cathy have been supporters of LLUCH for over 18 years. Between the car drawing and the Walter’s Children’s Charity Classic, they have raised nearly $3.1 million for the hospital, supporting areas of need such as the cardiac intensive care unit, the neonatal intensive care unit, and the pediatric intensive care unit. “We feel fortunate to be a part of a community that has allowed our business to prosper and that takes care of its children,” Steve Kienle said. “This car drawing is just one opportunity for us to give back. The prizes are awesome, but even those who don’t receive prizes will have the satisfaction of knowing that they helped some wonderful kids at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital.” The grand prize winner will have his or her choice of a 2013 Audi A4, Audi Q5, Mercedes-Benz GLK350, Mercedes-Benz C250, two Fiats, two Smart cars or a Sprinter commercial van. The winner will be chosen on August 30th at 2 p.m. at Walter’s Mercedes Benz, 3213 Auto Center Dr., Riverside, and does not have to be present to win. Tickets will be sold until August 20. Tickets can be purchased at Walter’s Mercedes-Benz, Riverside and LLUCH Foundation office, 11175 Mountain View Avenue, Suite B, Loma Linda. The entry form can also be downloaded at www.lomalindacar.org and returned via fax; or tickets can be purchased over the phone by calling 909-558-5367.
