On June fifth at approximately 4:19 p.m, San Bernardino County Fire crews were dispatched to reported commercial fire in the area of Sierra Way & W Cluster St in San Bernardino. 911 callers stated they heard an explosion & visualized smoke from a building.

Crews quickly arrived to find heavy smoke and fire conditions from a large commercial building. Crews initiated a defensive fire attack, working to limit the fire from spreading to additional units within the large occupancy. While setting up for a fire attack, one burn victim was found. #SBCoFD Firefighter-Paramedics treated the patient on-scene & an AMR ambulance transported to a local hospital.

The fire was ultimately knocked down in approximately 45 minutes. Firefighters were successful in keeping the fire from spreading  to adjacent units within the commercial complex. The fire is under investigation by San Bernardino County Fire Investigators.

San Bernardino County Fire responded with 7 Engines, 2 Truck Companies, a Battalion Chief and a Fire Investigator.
