The Colton Community Services Department is currently accepting vendor applications for the Senior Health & Safety Fair to be held on October 2, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Gonzales and Hutton Community Centers in Colton. This resourceful community event is an excellent opportunity for various local health and safety organizations to connect with neighboring seniors. As a contributing vendor, you will be able to setup an information/display booth so that senior participants can learn about your organization and the services provided to community members. Aside from the information booths, the event will also have various activities, including feature bingo games, entertainment, raffles, and giveaways. As a way to encourage senior participation and help them get the most out of the vast information available, participants who visit all of the event booths and get a stamp on the event provided passport and will be eligible to win a prize through a special drawing. As an added bonus, the Senior Health & Safety Fair will also include a Senior Nutrition resource center at the Hutton Center from 11 a.m. to noon. To submit your vendor request for this event, please contact the Hutton Center for a vendor/info application. Vendors who are selected to participate will be notified as applications are received. The Senior Health & Safety Fair will take place at the Gonzales and Hutton Community Centers in Colton. The Gonzales Community Center is located at 670 Colton Ave and the Hutton Community Center is located at 660 Colton Avenue, Colton 92324. For more information, please call the Hutton Community Center at (909) 370-6168.
