Rattlesnake Warning and Tips

Fire Danger isn’t the only concern in California; the extreme heat is bringing out Rattlesnakes and causing major issues. Residents are finding them in their homes, yards and gardens and calling 911 for help. Snake bites are up 100 percent from last year - what can we safely do to keep these unwanted snakes from our homes and our yards? A local Company, Nature-Cide, offers these safety tips when you encounter a snake and how you can keep your property, kids and pets safe! 1. If you see a rattlesnake – Don’t try to pick it up; don’t try to scare it off; and don’t try to move it. Don’t even think about getting close to take a photo.
