Redlands Police arrested a San Bernardino man for molesting a minor and investigators are seeking additional potential victims.

David Israel Ceballos, 40, was arrested March 3, 2022, after an adult family member reported to police that Ceballos had sexually assaulted her over a span of six years in the cities of San Bernardino and Redlands beginning when she was 7 or 8 years old. The abuse continued until the victim reached the age of 13.

During the investigation, witnesses indicated that Ceballos had access to additional unidentified females whom investigators believe could also be victims of sexual assaults.

Ceballos is currently in custody in San Bernardino County’s High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto in lieu of $750,000 bail.

Anyone with additional information related to this incident is asked to contact the Redlands Police Department at (909) 798-7681 or Detective Steve Truong at struong@redlandspolice.org.
