Maestro Ransom Wilson will conduct a concert celebrating the human voice when the University of Redlands Chapel Singers under the direction of Dr. Nicholle Andrews, Director of Choral Studies, and five soloists join the Redlands Symphony in a wonderful program featuring Vivaldi's Gloria and Bach's Magnificat in D. The concert is scheduled for Saturday, April 6, 2019 in Memorial Chapel on the campus of the University of Redlands.  Doors open at 7 PM.  The Concert begins at 8 PM.  A pre-concert talk by Maestro Wilson will begin at 7:15 PM.  Tickets for the concert can be purchases online at www.redlandssymphony.com, by calling the box office at (909) 587-5565 or at the door the night of the performance.  Ticket prices begin at $15.

“We sometimes overlook the incredible beauty the human voice adds to musical richness of the classical repertoire,” according to Maestro Wilson, “But that won’t be possible with this concert featuring works by two master composers and the heavenly voices of the University of Redlands Chapel Singers and some truly brilliant solo voices.”
