The City of Moreno Valley Animal Services Division will be conducting a low-cost rabies vaccination and dog licensing clinic at the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter on Saturday, Oct. 3. Other routine vaccinations will also be offered during the clinic. All dogs at the clinic must be on a leash and under the control of an adult at all times.
