SoCal native alternative rock band, Switchfoot, will sing the National Anthem and headline the pre-race concert on the O’Reilly Auto Parts Main Stage at 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, March 20, just before the NASCAR Auto Club 400 race gets underway at Auto Club Speedway. Switchfoot traces its roots to the beaches of San Diego and are currently working on their 10th studio album. Fans will hear alternative radio hit singles like “Meant to Live,” “Dare You To Move,” “Mess of Me,” “Dark Horses,” and “Afterlife”. With a race ticket, fans will have access to the O’Reilly Auto Parts Fan Zone that includes the Switchfoot concert, NASCAR driver autograph sessions, Lefty’s Kids Zone, freestyle motocross stunt show demonstrations, vendors, and to shop Fanatics “Trackside Superstore” – a 50,000 square-foot store - with a breadth of product unmatched anywhere else as well as specific sections for most drivers and dedicated specialty shops for ladies, kids and collectables. To experience the various forms of entertainment at Auto Club Speedway, tickets are still available as low as $41. To purchase tickets to NASCAR’s Auto Club 400 Weekend at Auto Club Speedway, call 1-800-944-RACE (7223), shop online www.autoclubspeedway.com, or stop by the Auto Club Speedway ticket office at 9300 Cherry Ave. in Fontana.
