MoVal Rocks and MoVal Movies

As summer heats up, Moreno Valley is gearing up to bring some of the best family-friendly outdoor fun to our community. We’re excited to kick off another season of unforgettable summer events, filled with music, movies, and good times under the stars. 

 

One of the highlights of the season is the MoVal Rocks concert series. This year, we’re bringing you a fantastic lineup of live music that’s sure to get your toes tapping. Whether you’re a fan of Motown, classic rock, or something in between, we’ve got a concert for you!  

 

Join us every Thursday evening at the Civic Center Amphitheater from June 26 through July 31 for FREE live performances. The concerts start at 6:30 and end at 8:30 p.m., and they’re the perfect way to spend an evening with family and friends. 

 

Here’s the MoVal Rocks lineup: 

  • June 26: Stone Soul (Motown Tribute) 
  • July 3: NO CONCERT DUE TO HOLIDAY 
  • July 10: Woodie and the Longboards (Surf Rock) 
  • July 17: Las Chikas (Latin Rock) 
  • July 24: Dreaming of You (Selena Tribute) 
  • July 31: Classic Journey (Journey Tribute) 

 

And MoVal Movies is back, too, offering five free, family-friendly movie nights that will make summer evenings even more magical. From June 27 to August 1, bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and snacks, and join us for a movie under the stars at the Civic Center Amphitheater, starting at 7 p.m. 

 

Here’s the MoVal Movies lineup: 

  • June 27: Moana 2 
  • July 4: NO CONCERT DUE TO HOLIDAY 
  • July 11: Jumanji 
  • July 18: Inside Out 2 
  • July 25: Toy Story 
  • August 1: Despicable Me 4 

 

So, gather your family and friends, grab a blanket, and come join us for an unforgettable summer. Let’s make memories together, celebrate our community, and enjoy the beauty of Moreno Valley’s summer nights!
