The Grand Terrace Blue Mountain Festival was bursting with excitement this year, as residents gathered to celebrate community spirit and camaraderie. A standout moment of the festival was the vibrant parade, where Assemblywoman Leticia Castillo despite a recent injury & surgery coming up , she graced the event with her presence, riding in style alongside Barney Barnett in his stunning 1957 Chevy Bel Air.
