The annual San Bernardino County Distinguished Service Award is seeking nominees for this year's recognition. The deadline for entries is Feb. 20.

Nomination forms for the award are distributed to all school districts in San Bernardino County, as well as through the 5th District PTA. In addition, forms are available through the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools' at: http://www.sbcss.k12.ca.us/index.php/superintendent/communications/distinguished-service-award

Entries need to be returned to the County Schools office, and the deadline is 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 20. Completed nominations received by the deadline will be forwarded to a judging panel, with representatives from the County School Boards Association, County Committee on School District Organization and 5th District PTA.

In April, award recipients will be recognized at a ceremony during the spring meeting of the San Bernardino County School Boards Association. For more information about the awards programs, contact County Schools' Communications at 909.386.2413.
