Through a partnership with 7-11 Corporation, Colton Police Officers was able to hand out our gift cards to specially selected drivers on Christmas Day as well as presents to children, in an effort to promote traffic safety. This is an extension of Operation Holiday Giving this Christmas, in which police officers and Santa Claus delivered hundreds of toys to children at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center as well as residents throughout the community.
This campaign is made possible by the Colton Police Officers Association in conjunction with the Colton Police Department as police officers purchased 7-11 gift cards. Operation Holiday Giving is an 11 year tradition and is sponsored by the police association and the Living for Giving foundation, each year members of the department hand out toys, holiday cakes and visit convalescent homes and spread holiday cheer.
The Colton Police Officers Association wants to remind everyone to please drive safety and responsibly.
