Want to display an altar at our Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) celebration? We are looking for residents who want to honor a loved one.

This year’s free and family-friendly event will take place on Friday, November 1, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Civic Amphitheater, 14075 Frederick Street.

Our Day of the Dead celebration will feature great music from The Outlaw Mariachi, exciting ballet folklórico performances, local artists, festive food vendors, kids arts and crafts, a beer and michelada garden, and beautiful altars commemorating the lives of deceased loved ones.

Altar requests will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The application deadline is October 25, 2024. To apply, visit moval.org/dayofthedead. Email us at specialevents@moval.org, or call us at 951.413.3280 for more info!
