Dear Moreno Valley Residents,

As Mayor of Moreno Valley, and simply as a resident, I understand that it’s essential for residents to have convenient access to city information and resources. That’s why we created a free City of Moreno Valley app, available for Android or iPhone.

The MoVal app gives you instant access to city departments, the latest news, upcoming city events, recreation opportunities, job openings and more.

One of the most popular features is “Report an Issue,” which lets you easily report a pothole, streetlight outage, code violation, illegal dumping, graffiti and more. You can submit a photo of the problem, add any notes you think may be helpful and the GPS pinpoints the location for you. And then you can even track the progress of your report!

In addition to the “Report an Issue” feature, we have added an Animal Services icon with after-hours contact information so you can report a sick, injured or aggressive animal.

I urge you to download the free City of Moreno Valley app and give it a try. It’s helping MoVal’s city government work even better for you!
