The victim and two unknown suspects were inside a business located in the 1200 block of N. Waterman Ave, in the City of San Bernardino. When the victim left the business, he was followed to his vehicle by both suspects, to a neighboring business in the 200 block of E. Baseline St.
The victim was seated in his vehicle when he was approached by those same unknown suspects. Suspect #1 pointed a firearm at the victim, fired a round, and struck the victim once. The unknown suspects fled the area on foot, in an unknown direction.
