The holidays are around the corner, and that means it’s almost time for our Snow Day and Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, December 7.

Join us from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for our Snow Day as we transform our Civic Center Amphitheater into a beautiful winter wonderland with real snow!

Register today! The event is $6 for residents and $8 for non-residents. To purchase wristbands online, go to registermoval.org. Once purchased, wristbands can be picked up at the Conference & Recreation Center, 14075 Frederick Street, or at will-call on the day of the event. ASL interpretation provided.

And after the Snow Day festivities, stick around for our annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:45 p.m. in front of City Hall. We'll light up our iconic 30-foot-tall Holiday Tree, and a certain jolly someone from the North Pole will be making a special appearance!

Plus...this year’s Tree Lighting Ceremony will be extra special, because we are also celebrating the City’s 40th anniversary!

Celebrate the season of joy! For more information, visit movalparks.org.

Photo Caption: Crime in San Bernardino has dropped by 30 percent or more throughout the city. One reason is that there are more officers on the streets. The Police Department’s goal is to have 350 sworn officers. Current full-time staffing is reported at 295 sworn officers and 156 professional staff.
