The Unforgettables Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity based in Redlands (founded by Tim  Evans in 2000) which grants money to families trying to afford a child’s funeral, is partnering with retired hockey star Bernie Nicholls in November. Nicholls, a former star with the LA Kings and 5 other NHL franchises in towns like New York, Chicago and San Jose, will be the local host of the Inaugural “Unforgettable Legends, Kings and (Golden) Knights for Unforgettable Kids” on November 19th at the new City National Bank arena in Las Vegas, Nevada for a brunch.

The morning meet and greet of hockey royalty, with food and photo opportunities, will be  a fundraiser for The Unforgettables Foundation’s - Inland Empire/Orange County Chapter, the Southern Nevada /Las Vegas Chapter & Coachella Valley committee. Nicholls, who once scored 70 goals in a season for the Kings as a line mate of Wayne Gretzky, and former teammate of Luc Robitaille, wants to support the mission of The Unforgettables Foundation/TUF. He and his wife Jill live in Las Vegas, where he also is friends with management of the Golden Knights franchise.

Go to www.theunforgettables.org or call (909) 335-1600 / (909)-855-3130 to purchase the $100 VIP tickets. November 19th is the first ever game between the Kings and the Golden Knights in Vegas. Ask for coordinator and TUF board treasurer Christine Beamer – childhood friend of Jill.
