They participated in the Department of Labor’s Customer-Centered Design strategy. The San Bernardino County Workforce Development Board was selected as one of ten teams nationwide to showcase its Customer-Centered Design strategy recently implemented at the America’s Job Centers of California (AJCC). Gustavo Cisneros, Jennifer Sowards, and Riccardo Canova (pictured left to right) represented the Workforce Development Board at the White House during the Learning Exchange and Celebration event in January in Washington, D.C. The trio represented the San Bernardino County Workforce Development Board as a leading innovator of best practices.
