Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) invites you to join us for our popular and free bird walks at our San Jacinto Valley Wetlands.

The tours provide guests the opportunity to see some of the more than 120 species of birds that call the Wetlands home throughout the year, including during the migratory season. It is not uncommon for a Bald Eagle to be seen throughout the winter months.

The guided tours are hosted on the second Saturday of each month from October through April. The final three dates of the 2022-23 season will be February 11, March 11, and April 8.

The tours take place at EMWD’s San Jacinto Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility, located at 770 N. Sanderson Avenue, San Jacinto, CA. Closed-toed walking shoes are required and guests may bring water bottles and viewing devices such as binoculars. Tours begin at 8 a.m. and last approximately two hours.

Reservations are required. For more information and to make a reservation, please visit www.emwd.org/bird-walks.
