San Bernardino County Sheriff’s officers are continuing the search for three juveniles who shoplifted liquor from the Stater Bros. on Barton Road in Grand Terrace on Monday, Sept. 2. Three Hispanic males between the approximate ages of 17 and 20 years old entered the grocery store at 10:14 a.m. and grabbed two bottles each of liquor from the liquor area, a release from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department states. When the suspects were confronted by an employee outside the store, one of the suspects hit the employee on the head with a liquor bottle. San Bernardino County Deputy Sheriff Donald Rusk stated the employee suffered lacerations to his head and face. The employee suffered a head injury and was treated and released at a local hospital, according to the statement issued by the sheriff’s department. The three suspects remain at large. No vehicle was seen, the release states. Anyone with further information should call Detective Gerald Leininger at 909-387-3545.
