Homicide Suspect in Custody

On 9/7/17, at approximately 10:58 PM, the San Bernardino Police Department received a call regarding a shooting victim who had arrived at St. Bernardine’s Medical Center. Officers responded to the hospital and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transferred by AMR to another local hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries. The officers learned that the shooting had occurred at an apartment complex located at 1455 E. Date Street. Officers responded to the apartment complex where they found the crime scene.

Detectives investigating the Homicide released photos of the two suspects to the media and social media and requested assistance from the community. The San Bernardino Police Department received numerous calls from members within the community. Thanks to the assistance from vigilant community members, detectives were able to identify and arrest two suspects responsible for the shooting.
