Voice of the People

I recently read a Voice of the People submission about our president, which is so very true! But let’s be alright and say what’s really going on. Our leaders in Washington D.C. do not really care about the American public, with all of the in-fighting between the Democrats, Republicans and the Tea Party. Look at the inner cities. Drugs, gangs, homelessness, police abuse. Also Wall Street and now ISIS. America was in two wars for over 10 years. Mr. Obama cannot do everything with the House Speaker doing everything. ISIS has been in America when all fully-automatic weapons came after Vietnam. We refused to help the inner cities, so how are we going to help America with ISIS, with all of the weapons they have and American military over in Iraq and North Syria? We don’t help at home; how can we help over there? It’s not just ISIS – what about Russia, China and the Japanese islands? Our backyard is just as bad. Look at our leaders of no decisions. All top five leaders: the president, vice president, House speaker, plus two more and still no togetherness! Now, God has always been the answer. Right after 9/11 we as a country got on our knees and prayed! What happened? Now things in my “hood” are just the same: young children, no respect, whole families homeless. Our great country has just given up! Look at all our veterans with PTSD and missing limbs for America, all over this planet. We need God back in our lives. The gentleman was correct. JFK, Abe Lincoln and Martin Luther King, Jr. would all be ashamed of all our leaders.
